A CRAVING MADE TO BE SHARED.

We’re Hilary and Kévin, a French-Mexican couple living in Mexico. We love Mexican candy: the contrasts, the intensity and the way a bag brings everyone together.

Whenever we travelled to Mexico, we brought candies back to France to share with our friends. They loved them so much that an idea began to take shape: preparing our own dulces enchilados.

That’s how Ándalé began. We buy the candies, make our own chamoy and chile mixture, and coat them. Now we share that craving with Paris. In the same spirit as it all began: something delicious, and someone to share it with.
